Robotized workplaces
Robotized workstations are the ideal solution for situations where there is a need for handling the individual products. The inherent advantage of these systems is that there is no need for a large number of personnel to operate them, which makes them more accurate and efficient. We are able to offer a full range of industrial robot applications. From fine assembly operations to welding, application of adhesives, sealants and other materials, as well as handling and palletizing tasks.
Installation
In addition to the development of new workplaces, we are also able to apply robots to existing lines, or to integrate older machines with the help of robots into an automatic production line. We are currently cooperating with several robot suppliers. The most commonly used brands include KUKA, YASKAVA (MOTOMAN) and FANUC.
Realization
Each of our solutions is individual. We tailor the overall implementation in accordance with the needs of our customers. The main areas of use for our robots are: headlamp assembly (plasma and adhesive application, cover glass assembly, handling), locking system assembly (adhesives application), lamp assembly (handling, screwing), air-conditioning elements (handling, fine) assembly, production of seals (manipulation, application of primers), assembly of pedal systems (handling), palletization, etc.
