Production lines
Our company has extensive experience in building and equipping production lines. We are able to design and manufacture not only lines using simple independent workplaces, but also complex, fully automatic lines interconnected by transport systems, turntables or other handling methods. We build production lines on the basis of a precise technical plan, or tailor it according to the final product sought by the customer.
Technology
In our lines, we use screw mounting technologies, rotary and thermal riveting, pressing, marking, inspections using various sensors or camera vision. We are able to pass on the results of the process and control operations to you via the database systems. The line can also be connected to traceability or data collection systems that are already installed.
For the construction, we use the elements of renowned manufacturers such as SIEMENS, BOSCH, FESTO, SMC, SICK, BALLUFF, KEYENCE, HIWIN, ALUTEC, ITEM and others. We are able to fully adapt the components, which are used for the construction, to comply with the customer’s requirements.
Realization
We carry out the lines in the automotive industry area, as well as in other industries. We have extensive experience in the implementation of lines in the following areas: installation of headlamps, light sources, pedal systems, switches, lock systems, production of air-conditioning components and heat exchangers, assembly of fittings and gas taps, hose production, etc.
