Single-purpose machines
Since the foundation of MESPRO, the design and manufacture of single-purpose machines has ranked among the company’s core activities. We develop the equipment in close cooperation with the contracting authorities in order to ensure perfect results. We adhere to the required parameters and we are able to adapt the technology to the customer’s demands. We implement various technologies in our machines, such as riveting, screwing, gluing, marking and welding.
Cutting machines
A separate branch of our activities consists of the realization of cutting machines for the production of door sealing systems for cars. There, the precision tooling and automatic processes are combined. We also supply our customers with special control machines with automatic measurement of parameters and the function of the product, using the latest sensors and cameras.
Realization
Our customers mainly include the companies operating in the automotive, textile, rubber and food processing industries. The most interesting applications we perform are as follows: testing machines for automotive locks, assembly of lock inserts, expanders for aviation parts, equipment for production of hoses, equipment for extrusion lines (cutting, drilling), welding applications (welding of rotary welds, impulse welding), equipment for automatic resistance welding of nuts, screwing of valves, assembly öf semiautomatic workplaces etc.
